Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the Netherlands and selected countries within the European Union. Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses located in the EU and abroad, depending on stock availability and product category.

Our goal is to provide you with high-quality products at competitive prices while maintaining realistic delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Times

Netherlands:
Standard Tracked Shipping: 4 to 9 business days

Belgium & Other EU Countries:
Standard Tracked Shipping: 5 to 12 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary slightly due to high-volume periods, customs inspections, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Partial Shipments

Depending on your order, items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. Each item will have its own tracking number and arrival time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, Nuzzely is not responsible for lost or delayed orders. If the package is returned to us, we can either:

  • Reship the order (standard shipping rates will apply)

  • Or issue a refund minus original shipping fees

Customs and Duties

Orders delivered within the European Union should not incur additional customs fees.

For any cross-border shipments, customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or charges that may apply.

Delays and Exceptions

While we work closely with our logistics partners to meet delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Holiday season volume

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Severe weather events or customs inspections

We aim to proactively communicate any delays when they occur and support you through quick resolution.
